MENTORING

Our cross-sector mentoring programme tackles underrepresentation head on. The programme introduces WOC to senior women of colour from corporate, public and non-profit industries. Providing WOC employees with mentors who they can relate to and can share their experiences with, can be transformational to their advancement. 

NETWORKING

As an affiliate of WOCGN your WOC employees will gain access to a network of talented WOC from a range of sectors. As well as invitations to special workshops, events with leading WOC figures and bespoke training where they can learn from and gain insights directly from the experiences of other WOC.

SPONSORSHIP

WOC often attribute their lack of advancement in an organisation due to a lack of sponsorship. Through our sponsor and allyship training, we support your managers to become confident sponsors,  by opening doors, championing WOC and making introductions to support WOC's career advancement.
